My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were the cleanest I have seen, providing a very good experience. The staff are very professional and friendly, always greeting guests warmly. The location is brilliant, making it easy to reach main attractions with a nearby station; however, it's a bit far from big shopping malls. The dining experience was very good with a buffet style offering and a good variety to choose from. The free ramen and drinks in the evening were a lovely touch that my partner and I enjoyed immensely.

I cannot stop raving about this hotel! The rooms were the cleanest I have ever seen, small yet so cozy with complimentary drinks and ramen daily. The staff is incredibly hospitable, speaking English, and Mandarin, making our stay in Osaka truly unforgettable. The location is brilliant, close to main attractions and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The dining experience offered a great variety that pleased everyone in my family.
